Cancellations by Customer
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up time: No cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellations made 6 to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: 20% of the fare will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time or after the driver has reached the pick-up location: 50% of the fare will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If the driver has arrived at the pick-up point and the customer fails to board the cab (“No Show”), the booking amount will be non-refundable.
Cancellations by CabJourney.com
In case of vehicle unavailability, technical issues, or driver-related concerns, CabJourney.com reserves the right to cancel the booking.
In such cases, customers will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount, or they may choose to reschedule the ride.
Eligible Refunds
Cancellations made within the allowed time frame as per the above rules.
Bookings cancelled by CabJourney.com due to cab unavailability or operational reasons.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.).
Refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect in the customer’s account.
Non-Refundable Cases
Cancellation after the driver reaches the pick-up point.
“No Show” (failure to arrive at the pick-up point).
Cancellation after the journey has already started.
Any toll, parking charges, or state taxes already paid will not be refunded.
Payments made through Wallets/Credit Balance will be refunded back to the same Wallet/Credit Balance.
Discounts, promotional offers, or coupon values are non-refundable.
