The total fare for your ride may include the following:
Base Fare: A fixed charge applicable for initiating the booking.
Distance Fare: Charges calculated based on the total kilometers/miles traveled.
Time Fare: Charges calculated based on the total time taken during the journey (in traffic or waiting).
Toll, Parking, & State Taxes: Any tolls, parking fees, or interstate/state entry taxes applicable during the trip are to be borne by the customer.
Peak Hour / Surge Pricing (if applicable): Fares may vary during high demand hours or in peak traffic conditions.
The fare displayed at the time of booking is an estimate based on the selected route and current conditions.
The final fare may differ depending on:
Actual route taken (shorter or longer than estimated).
Traffic delays, diversions, or customer-requested stops.
Additional charges like tolls or parking.
Customers can pay using:
UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking
CabJourney Wallet or applicable Digital Wallets
Cash (where available)
CabJourney.com may offer promotional fares, coupons, or discounts from time to time.
These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Discounted amounts are non-refundable in case of cancellations.
CabJourney.com reserves the right to revise fares from time to time based on fuel costs, government regulations, or operational expenses.
Any such changes will be clearly updated on our website/app.
Customers will receive a digital invoice after trip completion via SMS/Email/App.
The invoice will clearly mention all applicable charges (Base Fare, Distance Fare, Time Fare, Tolls, Taxes, Discounts if any).
